Important Note:
ID verification will be done at the venue so it is mandatory to carry your valid ID proof as per the category chosen by you while completing the registration. (Applicable for CSI MEMBER and REDUCED categories)
During ID verification if we find that the attendee is not eligible for his/her registered payment category, the attendee will have to pay the difference amount as per the eligible category to participate in the program. We have a right to cancel the registration on the spot in case attendee refuses to pay the difference amount.
In case of the cancellation based on refusal, the refund will be debited to the source account within 15 days after deducting 50% on registration fee + GST + Service charges.
The amount mentioned above is in Indian Rupees (INR) and does not include 18% GST.
The registration fee does not include any travel cost, insurance, accommodation, sightseeing tours or airport transfers.
While your safety is of utmost importance, the organizers will take no responsibility for loss of belongings/ valuables or damage to your property.
Accompanying Persons including spouses will not be allowed to attend/ enter scientific sessions at the venue.
Accompanying Persons will be allowed for the conference meals only if they have registered for the conference.

Delegates registering on-spot cannot be guaranteed a delegate bag.
